Dr. Gábor Havas-Sághy, a registered attorney with the Budapest Bar Association, an info-communication specialist lawyer, and the head of the office.
As the youngest scion of a multi-generational family of lawyers, his interest was drawn to economics and politics from an early age during his studies.
He earned his law and political science degree at PPKE-JÁK, but during his university years, he participated in a summer university program at the University of San Francisco's School of Law and spent a year on a scholarship at the law faculty of Radboud University in Nijmegen, Netherlands. During university, he completed his internship at Freshfields Bruckhaus & Deringer Oppenheim and Partners Law Firm, gaining valuable experience in international law and handling international clientele. He collected the material for his thesis (on the contractual relations between the European Union and the Andean Community) in the Netherlands and Colombia, and also conducted research and studies at the Los Andes and Nacional de Colombia universities. In his last year of university, he began working as a legal assistant at the Reiniger Law Firm.
After completing his law degree, he put his experience to good use, first working at the Reiniger Law Firm, then at the Gayer and Partners Law Firm, where he had the good fortune to work with Dr. Gyula Gayer, a highly respected and internationally known and recognized attorney. In the meantime, he earned a separate degree from the University of Abertay Dundee with an LLB with Honours in European Business Law and completed an entrepreneurship development course at the Dundee University, Business School Enterprise Gym institution.
In November 2010, he decided to establish his own law firm, confident that the most important virtues he had learned over the years—reliability and speed, precision, and a client-friendly approach, as well as providing services in the spirit of modern technology and the expectations of the classic legal profession—are the right way to practice in this profession.
He obtained a qualification as an info-communication specialist lawyer through a two-year program at the Department of IT and Communication Law of the University of Pécs Faculty of Law.
